Directions
To start a web quest page:
- Start a new page in Microsoft Front Page
- Write the words: home, introduction, task
process, resources, evaluation, conclusion, extension and teacher comments.
- Separate the words with a "|" mark (Shift -\)
- Write the words again down the left margin of
your page
- Highlight each word; hit ctrl-G (or go to
insert- bookmark) for each word.
- Highlight each word at the to of the page. Right
click and select hyperlink.
- Select bookmark; select the same word from the
list; click okay.
- Insert a bookmark at the top of the page by
placing the cursor at the top right hand corner; select ctrl+G
- Write the words "Top of Page" below the first
section of the web quest.
- Highlight "top of page"; right click to
hyperlink; click bookmark and then select top of page.
- Copy and paste the linked word "top of page"
below each section
- Add color (format-background), insert graphics,
word art and links to other sites.
