Times When Dinosaurs Lived

The
bottom step is when the earth was very young. We live at the top of the
yellow stair step. Dinosaurs lived where the green
stair steps begin. That Era is called the Mesozoic Era.
The time when small dinosaurs and mammals lived on Earth is called the Triassic Period. Dinosaurs flourished during the Jurassic Period. At the end of the Cretaceous period, 65 million years ago, dinosaurs suddenly died out and became extinct.
