Projects for Digital Cameras for the Classroom
For one credit hour you must complete one of the following projects in class.
For 2 credit hours you must complete one of the following projects in class and
12 additional hours of outside practice.
For three credit hours you must complete two of the following projects or two
versions of the same project and 12 additional hours of outside practice.
1. A useful PowerPoint presentation for your classroom that has:
- At least 3 photos taken with a digital camera or downloaded from the
Internet that have been altered/formatted for your project using
- Adobe Photoshop Elements.
- At 4 least graphics created specifically for your project using Office
applications or Adobe Photoshop Elements.
- At least 3 samples of Word Art created specifically for your project.
- At least 1 animated gif created using Adobe Photoshop Elements
Example PowerPoint Presentation
2. A series of 6 useful documents created using Microsoft Word that contain:.
- At least 3 photos taken with a digital camera or downloaded from the
Internet that have been altered/formatted for your project using
- Adobe Photoshop Elements.
- At 4 least graphics created specifically for your project using Office
applications or Adobe Photoshop Elements.
- At least 3 samples of Word Art created specifically for your project.
- At least 1 animated gif created using Adobe Photoshop Elements
Grading for project:
A project that includes all 10 of the abovementioned graphics and is useful in
your classroom will receive a grade of A.
Lesser quality projects will be graded using the following scale:
90%-100% = A
80%-89% = B
70%-79% = C
60%-69% = D
0%-59% = F
